What an amazing company to deal with. From contacting the office asking someone to come out to quote to installation was less than a week.
The installation was minimum disruption and done by an engineer with 38 years of experience.
From the friendly office staff, Karl who was very informative and not pushy to the engineer it was a pleasure to deal with you.

Did a great job, from quote all the way through to install. On the actual day of the install we had an issue as the plaster came off with the boiler due to the house walls being quite old. Fahrenheit got it sorted the next day and moved a few things around to accommodate the issue and completed a seamless install! Really helpful in getting the right product as well. Thanks for your help!

Really nice company. We're helpful on the phone, booked me in at a time that suited me, gave clear pricing information. Jamie, the gentleman who did the work, was polite, knowledgeable, tidy and a pleasure to have in our home. He was thorough with his work and explained what he was doing. We will certainly be using Fahrenheit again in the future.

Id definitely recommend this company. They came out to fix our boiler which was unfortunately beyond repair, but they did make a decent effort to fix it first rather than go straight to recommending a new one. They were all really lovely blokes who understood our situation (having kids and trying to move) and did a really good job for a very reasonable price. Absolutely would use them again.

We were really pleased by the quick, helpful and informative service we received by Fahrenheit! Our boiler unfortunately broke down leaving me and my family with no heating or hot water, we rang Fahrenheit and they came to the rescue! An engineer came round the very next day to look at the issue, after weighing up our options we decided to purchase a new Alpha boiler. The new boiler was fitted really quickly! Engineer was so helpful and explained everything to us before he left, he also cleaned everything up which was much appreciated. The price was very reasonable too. Would highly recommend. Thank you very much to Karl, Ade & the team at Fahrenheit!

Unsure where to start, we contacted Karl for a quote on a new boiler. He came round promptly, listened carefully to what we wanted and needed, and provided three clear options — no pressure, no pushy sales talk, just honest advice. The next day the quotes arrived, and we were genuinely impressed — great options, very reasonable prices, and even the chance to upgrade to a better boiler for less than we expected. Compared to British Gas, the quote was about half the price, and the whole experience just felt trustworthy and straightforward.
Once we accepted the quote, Karl worked around our schedule — even timing the installation around school holidays and making sure we wouldn’t be without a shower for long. On installation day, Karl and Adi arrived right on time and got straight to work. Within the first hour, the old tank was already out! They isolated the water so we could still use the cold taps, covered and protected everything, and even had their lunch in the van to keep things tidy.
Their attention to detail was exceptional — new boiler, new shower, full system flush, and even a small vent cover fitted where the old flue had been (a lovely touch until we sort the render). It’s those little details that really set them apart.
