We install Worcester Bosch for natural gas / LPG and Grant for oil. However, if you had a particular boiler manufacturer you prefer, we are happy to install your preference.

• Extinguish all naked flames and do not smoke or strike matches
• Do not touch any electrical switches to turn off or on
• Turn the gas off at the meter
• Open doors and windows
• Get everyone out of the affected area

We are qualified to carry out all types of plumbing work from a simple dripping tap, to shower and radiator installations.

• Thaw the pipe out. This can be done using a filled hot water bottle or gently with a hair dryer

• Insulate your loft and the sides of your water tanks.
• Insulate your pipes
• Open the loft hatch on cold days to let the warm air in
• Keep your central heating on low or set it to come on a couple of times a day, especially if you are going away
